The PB-1 Torque Amplification Bracket is an S-shaped leverage arm designed for use with the Quake 10.0 (Q10B) Tactile Transducer, dramatically increasing tactile feedback for chairs, couches, and custom platforms. By utilizing the principle of leverage, the PB-1 amplifies motion and force to deliver exceptionally powerful vibration effects. For optimal performance, it should be mounted to a rigid, stable surface or platform constructed from at least 1/2" plywood, with rubber isolators recommended to minimize unwanted rattles and enhance suspension. While the PB-1 can be installed inside or beneath furniture, direct platform mounting provides the strongest results. To prevent excessive movement and unwanted noise, the bracket should only be used with firmly supported seating that allows the transducer to operate in a controlled vertical motion.
