Return Policy and Warranty

Wholesale Returns Must be Approved by your sales rep.  Your rep will create an RMA for your item(s) and send to you.  Most items carry a one-year warranty.  Refurbished items carry a 90-day warranty.  Select items may be sold AS/IS with no warranty.

Buyer is responsible for shipping charges both ways.  Please make sure the merchandise you are returning is packed properly.  If the item is returned in subpar packaging and damaged in transit, warranty will be void.  Buyer is responsible for making sure all parts and accessories are included, Missing parts will be removed upon replacement or charged upon return.  If returning for credit and item is not sent complete, we will deduct the cost of the missing accessories from the pending credit memo or decline credit request.  Certain items sold will require us to collect serial numbers and as such, we will make sure you return an item purchased from us with a serial number we have on file.  Exchange or credit will be denied if the serial number does not match your purchase record.

Speakers and subwoofers are sold as/is unless specified by your sales rep.

All “In Stock Items” (i.e., goods which are kept in stock in our warehouse and are not ordered in on a job-by-job basis) that are not defective in design or manufacture, as determined by BSA Trading, and are returned by the Purchaser shall incur a restocking fee of 15% of the invoice price for those Stock Items.  All “Special Order Items” are subject to a restocking charge equal to 15% of the Invoice unless the Items are proved to be defective by BSA Trading or the product manufacturer.
